Aiden by SkillRev

Your data is tangled. Your answer shouldn't be.

Ask in plain English. Aiden finds and synthesizes answers across the databases, warehouses, spreadsheets, and documents you're allowed to use.

Read-only live connections. Encrypted file snapshots.
THE PROBLEM

The question is simple. Getting the answer shouldn't be a project.

The answer is in there somewhere. The friction is finding it.

Your data sits across databases, warehouses, spreadsheets, and documents. One question turns into SQL, exports, permission checks, and waiting on someone with the right context.

scattered sources · sql · tickets · permissions · waiting · export

THE TURN

So we built one place to just ask.

Aiden gives business users a direct path to answers, while admins keep source-level control. Ask everything you're permitted to use, or focus on one source. The answer arrives with the work behind it, including SQL where it applies.

ask across everything you're allowed to see, in plain English.

SEE IT WORK

Ask once. See the answer and the work behind it.

Watch Aiden answer a real inventory question with a summary, chart, exportable table, insight, and underlying SQL.

a real question, followed from prompt to result.

CONNECT

Connect what you already use.

Databases connect live and read-only. Files become encrypted workspace snapshots. Admins decide who can ask each source.

Ask across every permitted source, or choose one when the question needs a narrower scope.

HOW IT WORKS

From source to answer in three steps.

A short path for business users, with controls data teams can trust.

01

Connect a source

Use a read-only database connection or upload a file into an encrypted workspace snapshot.

02

Choose scope and ask

Ask across every allowed source, or limit the question to one database, spreadsheet, or document.

03

Review and continue

Inspect the answer, chart, table, generated query, export rows, or fork the conversation.

TRUST AND ACCESS

Your team gets answers. You keep control.

The architecture, not adjectives.

Live database credentials are write-only and never returned. Uploaded files are stored as encrypted, dated snapshots and are never returned raw to the client.

  • Live databases connect read-only
  • Credentials are write-only and never returned
  • Files are encrypted workspace snapshots
  • Permission checks run server-side on every ask
  • Ask All only uses sources the user can access
  • Snapshots are deleted when the datasource is deleted
  • Conversation history stays inside the workspace
WHAT AN ANSWER CARRIES

An answer you can inspect, export, and continue.

Aiden does not stop at a paragraph. It returns the summary, chart, table, generated insight, row count, CSV export, and the underlying query, including SQL where applicable.

What you can do with the result.

  • Plain-English questions

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Live databases are queried through read-only connections. Uploaded files and documents are stored as encrypted, dated workspace snapshots so Aiden can index and answer against them.

Files are encrypted at rest, treated as immutable dated snapshots, and never returned raw to the client. When a datasource is deleted, its stored snapshots are purged.

At launch: PostgreSQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Excel and CSV, PDF, and Markdown. Databases connect live and read-only; files and documents are held as an encrypted, dated snapshot.

No. You ask in plain English across every source you're permitted to see, or scope to one. There's no query editor and no join builder to learn.

Yes. Answers include the underlying query, including SQL for SQL-backed sources, alongside the summary, chart, table, and export.

Access is per datasource, and permission checks run server-side on every ask. Even asking across everything still respects exactly what you're allowed to see.

aiden is a hosted application that connects to your sources. There's nothing to install into your infrastructure; live databases connect read-only and credentials are write-only, entered once and never returned.
